Buster Fetcher® checks every Purolator invoice for billing errors, like a 5 lb box billed at 35 lb, and every guaranteed parcel for late delivery. We claim late refunds for you. Billing errors come to you flagged, with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim.

Most shippers leave money with the carrier without realizing it. Here's where Buster Fetcher gets it back.
Address corrections on good addresses, dangerous goods fees on regular boxes, the wrong service billed, extra handling fees that don't apply, and more. We audit every line.
Purolator guarantees its Express services and three timed Ground services. When a parcel misses the promised time, you can get the shipping cost back. We catch every eligible parcel.
A billed weight far above what you declared. A signature or insurance fee you may not have asked for. We show you each one, and you confirm.
Purolator Express comes with a money-back guarantee. So do Purolator Ground 9AM, 10:30AM and Evening. When a parcel arrives after the promised time, you can ask for the shipping cost back. But Purolator gives you only 15 days to claim. Most shippers never file, because checking every parcel by hand that fast isn't realistic.

Carrier invoices are full of errors that are almost impossible to catch by hand. An address correction fee on an address that was fine. A dangerous goods surcharge on a box of t-shirts. A Saturday charge on a weekday pickup. Buster Fetcher reads every line of every Purolator invoice and flags what doesn't add up.
Refunds apply to guaranteed services only. Here is where Purolator commits to a delivery time.
Purolator also guarantees some U.S. and international Express services. Buster Fetcher tracks every parcel on every service, so you always know what you're owed.
Purolator updates its services, delivery promises, and guarantee policies from time to time. For the most current information, check the Purolator website or contact us and we'll confirm the latest. Purolator, Purolator Express and Purolator Ground are trademarks of Purolator Inc.

Purolator sets the rate every month. Yours didn't match.
Examples are illustrative.
Purolator billed your parcel at a weight far above what you declared. Sometimes it's a real reweigh. Often it isn't.
Purolator reweighs on approved scales and rounds up to the next whole pound. We check that the rounding, and the reweigh itself, add up.
Purolator uses one weight factor for parcels that fly and another for parcels that travel by road. The wrong factor means a higher bill.
Purolator charges a fee per piece for a large package, and another for an oversized one. Parcels under the size and weight limits shouldn't get either.
Additional handling needs a non-standard box. When your box is standard, the fee doesn't apply.
A flat package fee needs a long, thin parcel. Billed on a regular box, it doesn't apply.
Only the highest special handling fee should be charged on a piece, not several.
Purolator bills a fee per piece to "correct" an address. If the original address was valid, the fee is recoverable.
Purolator charges a fee per shipment for dangerous goods, and the amount depends on the level. Billed on a shipment with nothing hazardous, or at the wrong level, it's an overcharge.
Purolator sets its fuel rate every month, starting the first Monday. When the rate on your invoice doesn't match, or it's applied to charges it shouldn't touch, you've been overcharged.
A residential fee billed where it shouldn't be. Purolator doesn't charge it on Express Evening or Ground Evening at all.
Your contract gives you a discount on some surcharges. When the invoice bills the full price, you're paying more than you agreed to.
The invoice bills a faster, pricier service than the one you shipped with.
Signature Required (Residential) is an option you have to select. Billed when you didn't, it's recoverable. Same for Adult Signature Required.
Purolator's Saturday Service has its own fee. Billed on a parcel picked up or delivered on a weekday, it's an overcharge.
A collect-on-delivery fee on a shipment that didn't use the service.
The same shipment billed more than once, across invoices or months.
A declared value (insurance) fee billed when you've told us you don't buy insurance.
Purolator adds a fee only when a shipment has five or more pieces. We check the piece count and the math.
Third-party fees billed when you paid the shipment yourself.
Your contracted rate quietly creeping up without notice.
Parcels shipped to or from an address you've told us to watch for. Usually a sign of an error or unauthorized use of your account.
A shipment that doesn't fit your normal profile — much heavier, bigger or pricier than the same shipment last time. Worth a second look.
The same shipment, same route, costing more than it did the last time you sent it.
We connect securely to your Purolator account, and our team guides you through setup.
We watch every shipment and every invoice line, 24/7. Nothing gets missed.
We file late-delivery claims for you. Billing errors come to you with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim. Refunds and credits land back in your account.
We know Purolator's services, surcharges, and rate guide inside out. Bilingual support in English and French.
Most tools do refunds or invoice audits. We do both, and they share the same data so nothing slips through.
Keep the Purolator account you already have. Nothing changes in how you ship.
We spot every late parcel on a guaranteed service and file the claim for you. Billing errors come to you flagged, with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim.
We connect securely to your Purolator account, and our team guides you through setup.
Purolator Express® services (9AM, 10:30AM, 12PM, Express and Evening) carry a money-back guarantee. So do Purolator Ground® 9AM, 10:30AM and Evening. Regular Purolator Ground is not guaranteed, so it doesn't qualify for late refunds. We still audit its invoices for billing errors.
Purolator gives you 15 days to claim a late delivery refund. It goes fast. Buster Fetcher files as soon as we spot a late parcel, so the window doesn't close on you.
Yes. Purolator only accepts refund requests from the party that pays for the shipping. If you ship through a broker or a 3PL's account, the refund belongs to them. Connect the account you pay for and we take it from there.
We file late-delivery claims for you, through Purolator's normal claims process and in your name. Billing errors come to you with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim. You keep your own Purolator account.
Yes, within the carrier's claim windows. We can usually look back across recent invoices for billing errors. The further back you go, the more likely some claims have already passed their deadline.
You don't switch carriers. You keep your Purolator account. Late delivery refunds are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Shipping Monitor is a one-year contract, paid for the year up front or monthly. It runs for the full year.
More than 20 types. Address corrections on good addresses, dangerous goods fees on regular boxes, the wrong service billed, Saturday fees on weekday pickups, duplicate billing, and more. We check every line of every Purolator invoice against Purolator's own published rules.
