Buster Fetcher® checks every FedEx invoice for billing errors and every guaranteed FedEx Express parcel for late delivery. We claim late refunds for you. Billing errors come to you flagged, with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim.

Most shippers leave money with the carrier without realizing it. Here's where Buster Fetcher gets it back.
Additional handling fees on boxes that were within the limits. Address corrections on good addresses. Rural surcharges on city addresses. Duplicate charges. We audit every line, on Ground and Express.
FedEx guarantees its Overnight and International Priority services. When a parcel arrives even a minute late, the transportation charges are yours to get back. We catch every eligible parcel.
A billed weight far above what you declared. A signature or insurance fee you may not have asked for. We show you each one, and you confirm.
FedEx brought back its money-back guarantee in February 2026 on its Overnight and International Priority services. If one of those parcels arrives even 60 seconds late, you can claim back the transportation charges. The catch: you have only 15 days from the invoice date to ask. Almost no one checks every parcel that fast.

FedEx invoices are full of fees that are almost impossible to check by hand. An additional handling fee on a box that was within the limits. A $17.60 address correction on an address that was right. The same parcel billed twice. Buster Fetcher reads every line and flags what doesn't add up.
Refunds apply to FedEx's guaranteed services. Right now, that's the Overnight services in Canada and the International Priority family.
FedEx Ground and the other services don't qualify for late refunds, but Buster Fetcher still checks every invoice line on every service for billing errors.

Examples are illustrative.
FedEx charges an extra fee for boxes that are too long, too big or badly packed. Sometimes it's billed on a box that met every rule.
FedEx adds a fee for packages over 25 kg (55 lb). If your package weighed less, the fee shouldn't be there.
FedEx bills $114 or more for oversize packages. Sometimes a parcel gets classed as oversize when it isn't.
FedEx billed a weight or dimensions far from what you shipped. A misplaced decimal can turn 15 lb into 150 lb.
FedEx bills $17.60 to "correct" an address. If the original address was right, the fee is recoverable.
FedEx Ground adds a fee for remote postal codes. Billed on an address that isn't on FedEx's list, it's an overcharge.
FedEx Express charges extra to reach remote areas. When the postal code isn't in a surcharge zone, the fee shouldn't be there.
Shipping into the U.S., FedEx adds a fee for select ZIP codes. Billed on a ZIP code that isn't on the list, it's recoverable.
A $27.50 Saturday fee on a parcel actually delivered Monday to Friday.
A dangerous goods surcharge billed on a shipment that had nothing hazardous in it.
A signature option billed when you didn't request one, or a higher signature level than the one you chose.
You shipped one service and FedEx billed a more expensive one.
A declared value (insurance) fee billed when you've told us you don't buy insurance.
The same parcel billed more than once, on one invoice or across several.
Same route, same weight, same service, higher price than last time. Catching it early gives you leverage with your FedEx rep.
Extra fees billed when you ship on someone else's account, or someone ships on yours, that don't match the agreement.
The same import entry billed two times. It happens more than you'd think on cross-border shipments.
Customs or import fees billed on a shipment that stayed inside one country.
Parcels shipped on your FedEx account from an address you don't use. Usually a sign of an error or someone else using your account.
We connect securely to your FedEx account. Our team guides you through setup.
We watch every parcel and every invoice line, 24/7. Nothing gets missed.
We file late-delivery claims for you. Billing errors come to you with the proof and the amount, ready for you to claim. Refunds and credits land back on your FedEx account.
We know FedEx Canada's services, surcharges and fine print because we ship from here too. Bilingual support in English and French.
Most tools do refunds or invoice audits. We do both, and they share the same data so nothing slips through.
Keep the FedEx account you already have. Nothing changes in how you ship.
We check every invoice line on FedEx Ground and Express. On Overnight and International Priority, we catch late deliveries too.

Yes, on some services. FedEx brought it back on February 12, 2026, for its Overnight services in Canada and its International Priority services to and from Canada. It's still suspended on FedEx Ground and the other services. We check every parcel against the rules in force on its ship date.
FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx Standard Overnight™, and the FedEx International Priority® services (including International Priority® Express, International First® and International Priority Freight). FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Economy® and FedEx® International Economy don't qualify right now.
For late deliveries, 15 days from the invoice date. For billing errors, 90 days from the invoice date on FedEx Express, and 180 days from the ship date on FedEx Ground. We file late claims automatically, and flag billing errors early so you have time to claim them.
Yes. Ground parcels can't be claimed for late delivery right now, but Ground invoices still carry billing errors: additional handling fees, address corrections, rural surcharges and duplicate charges. You have 180 days to dispute them, and we check every line.
No. We file late-delivery refunds through FedEx's normal process, the same one open to any account holder. Your relationship with FedEx stays exactly as it was.
You don't switch carriers. You keep your FedEx account. Late delivery refunds are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Shipping Monitor is a one-year contract, paid for the year up front or monthly. It runs for the full year.
Yes. FedEx International Priority shipments to and from Canada qualify for late delivery refunds. On cross-border invoices, we also catch customs charges billed twice, customs fees on shipments that never crossed the border, and delivery area surcharges on U.S. ZIP codes that aren't on FedEx's list.
