  5. Select Dispute and specify Dispute Type: Service Failure
  6. Click Dispute Reason: Delivered Late
  7. Submit Dispute.

  • To request a refund or credit for transportation charges, it is essential to submit your request through one of the approved channels within 15 calendar days from the invoice date. If you are making payment via credit card or in advance with cash, check, or money order, the request must also be received within 15 calendar days from the shipment date.

  • Making a partial payment towards an invoice isn’t equivalent to requesting an adjustment to the invoice or notifying FedEx of a refund request. Similarly, if your payment includes a notice regarding an unpaid charge, it will not be regarded as a request for an invoice adjustment or a notice of a refund request, unless the unpaid charge is related to a service failure
