Buster Fetcher, a startup specializing in reducing shipping costs, is today looking for its future Account Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join Buster Fetcher. This is a full-time, 40-hour position. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key accounts within the shipping industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, exceed targets, and provide exceptional service to our clients. - Close new business opportunities by conducting effective demos, resulting in successful deal closures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to apply sales strategies effectively, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback, utilizing data to inform and improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on the company's service offerings and their benefits to the client's business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, becoming a valued partner and trusted advisor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Deep understanding of the shipping industry, including industry trends, competition, and client needs is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide exceptional service and support.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar results-driven sales role within the preferably in a B2B environment or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
- This position requires a combination of office-based work and virtual meetings with clients.
- Occasional travel to attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events may be required.
