Buster Fetcher, a startup specialized in reducing shipping costs, is today looking for its future Content Marketing Specialist!

Your primary mission will be to support the development of the company through your ability to effectively manage all aspects of the company's inbound marketing on the Canadian and international territories.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for content management on various media, in collaboration with specialists as needed.
- Participate in the development of the improvement of the strategy;
- Be in charge of deploying and executing the inbound strategy to make the company better known, attract visitors and convert them into potential leads;
- Develop marketing campaigns by creating high-quality content on different platforms (blog, YouTube, Podcast, newsletter, social media);
- Participate in the creation of a brand new podcast by developing the content strategy and proposing relevant topics;
- Supervise inbound specialist consultants (TikTok specialist, LinkedIn specialist, Facebook specialist...) who will actively participate in the implementation of the inbound strategy;
- Participate in the identification and selection of these "content experts" specialists.
DIGITAL MARKETING (LEAD MAGNET) & DATA ANALYSIS
You will be responsible for creating relevant lead magnets and analyzing the results.
- Target lead magnet opportunities and ensure their creation (articles, guide, webinar...);
- Determine, document and analyze visitor behavior through KPI (Key Performance Indicator);
- Ensure that the site does not have any blockages and optimize it as needed;
- Continuously improve the conversion rate by taking into account the results of the analysis and proposing solutions.
KNOWLEDGE CENTRALIZATION
In order to improve continuously, you will centralize all internal knowledge and expertise.
- Group all procedures and knowledge on the Notion platform;
- Collaborate with the team on common documents with a view to sharing knowledge and skills.
